Shared holders grow a tube. Unused tubes evaporate.

Every hour the blob measures how much two coins share their holders. That link feeds the tube; evaporation thins it. Buybacks flow through what is left.

1 · the link, every hour

w_ij = Σ_h min(share_i(h), share_j(h)) summed over the holders h of both coins, each counted at the smaller of its two shares

Eligible holder: at least 0.05 % of supply in all 7 snapshots of the hour (every 10 min), counted at its smallest share.
One snapshot missing and nobody is eligible that hour.
One wallet counts for at most 25 % of w. A tube needs at least 4 shared holders.
Program accounts, bundles, wallets of blocks 0–2 and farms (20+ wallets at the very same share) do not count. Splitting a wallet never inflates w.

2 · the tubeμ = 20 %

D_ij ← (1 − μ)·D_ij + w_ij conductance, updated every hour; μ is the evaporation

Fed the same w every hour, a tube settles at w / μ.
Starved, it loses μ of its thickness each hour.
Under D_min it is gone, and comes back only if the link is recreated.
A coin with an empty vault keeps its tubes; it just sends nothing through them.
Probation: a new coin receives nothing through its tubes for its first 24 hours.
